The experience was good altogether. I am happy with the result. It was a bit difficult as they didn't seem to be aware I had made an appointment. I had specifically left a comment to say it would be good if I could be attended by someone speaking English as my Portuguese is literally non-existent. That wasn't the case, so the heairdresser had to be using Google Translate.
I had to pay extra for blow-dry and wash, which was not specified, which was not made clear by the hairdresser.
